I wasn’t planning to check another spot off my list today, but when the Kogi Truck was practically on my doorstep (or, more realistically, Target’s doorstep, aka my home away from home), I had to make a stop.
So, I present #2 of 50 Things You Need to Eat in Los Angeles Before You Die, Short Rib Tacos. Yes, I have eaten them before at Alibi Room, the brick and mortar spot that grew out of the truck. But it’s dark in there and it was two years ago, so now it’s official.
