When on a budget in college, most students stock up on ramen. I was more of a mac-and-cheese girl, myself. Because cheese > everything.
So, I came to ramen as an adult and, for my latest LA dining adventure, I hit up Daikokuya for their version. It was good, if a bit salty and needing a lot more spice. It may be the best ramen in LA, but it has helped me come to terms and be comfortable with my lack of ramen-love.
